why do i get muted for nothing?

Ok so this mod Aleksander keeps muting me everyday. Today a fellow chatter said hi to me, and also Maximus asked me if i was winning yet, and I responded back with hey deno ❤️ and no maxi not yet, and I got muted by this aleksander for it. Everyday when he sees my name he just instantly mutes me. The mutes are now getting longer and longer. I have saved every chat that he has muted me on, and I have done alot better abot being toxic in chat, but this guy doesnt let u even have any conversation.

Something similar happened to me in the Spanish chat where i responded to someone who said hello to me, i mentioned the weather and i was muted with a "no spamming" warning. I have no idea why. I became very angry because i found it very arbitrary and i wanted to file a formal complaint. I was unmuted while having this conversation with support, and they directed me to submit a complaint to the communitycomplaints email, which i won't because i'm not angry anymore.

Just realized something to with that screenshot I have. So the whale guy that Aleks tagged strongly dislikes me, so much that instead of argue with him, I put him on ignore right off the get go, cuz Im not trying to break the rules fighting with people, and Aleks clearly tagged him to ask him if I should be muted, and clearly he said yes, even though I do have him on ignore so he didnt even know what I had said in the first place.

well some mods are very sensitive idk why... wen it chaos on chat u might just wait till the fast chat happend XD maybe miss clicked or just wrong
