Feedback restrictions after level up bonus

Well since your live support is about as useful as headbutting a wall would anyone care to explain what I did wrong?

So, I have registered on the 8th of july. I am not even here a month and yet in this time. I have been code banned twice now my weekly and monthly are reduced.

How? Like how is that possible let alone a thing?

I played everything from slots, to house games to some sports betting. 

My stats say

Wagered $20.780 Profit -$459

The first limitation email I got shortly after I reached bronze level. I claimed 1 code on Eddies stream on the 11th and got a codeban. Like what the fuck? What bonuses have I had when I received the ban? My bronze level up bonus, thats it. 

If a level up bonus leads to a ban on other bonuses / promotions dont you think you are doing things wrong?

Dispite the restrictions I have still played and made deposits and today shortly before the weekly bonus (what a coincidence btw...) I get an email saying these bonus would be reduced too. I received  $0.32. 

Like is this a scam? I play on 4 different sites and have roughly $30m wagered across my accounts and not once have I been treated this horrific. 

The only significant bonus I got was I believe 70€ from midweek chase promotion. Where I lost $100 to complete it. So net negative as well.

I really dont get it, you offer all those promotions, advertise that shit everywhere and then someone actually plays them and he gets fucked for it? Yeah nah you can scam someone else.

Your email is quite funny though. What makes you think anyone would deposit even a penny here if they wont get anything in return? Utterly delusional.

And the icing on the cake is in the email it says "slightly reduced" which is another lie. Oh well, thats my Feedback. Safe to say there wont be any more deposits as I dont even wanna know how you treat people if they actually dare to win something. I certainly wont stick around to find out.
