Gambling pros and cons.

Hey guys,

So I wanted to talk about the pros and cons of gambling,

So the pros being: You can disconnect from world while playing and not care about what's going on around you.

You can win lots of money and invest them in good stuff like real estate or help your families needs.

The cons being: If you lose you will get very upset and might even think of suicide if it was your last savings

You can get addicted which will result you in losing even more money.

What do you guys think I didn't talk about, but was very important?

Totally agree but we need to bear in mind that we should only gamble what we can afford to lose so yeah if it was your last savings then your in deep s**t 😋

There are more than what you have mentioned on both sides, but I suppose you hit the big ones.  We have to come in with a plan and not allow ourselves to lose more than we can afford to or it could spiral out of control and lead to a miserable life, I have seen it happen to a family member.  It is not something I recommend allowing yourself even the slightest possibility of happening.

I think the only thing from the real pros is that casinos are kinda fun,

rest of pros are there just to make you play and spend your money

dont ever try to find something positive about gambling becasue thats how you support your addiction

do it always only with money you are willing to lose (because you will lose them) and play only if you enjoy it

it you rage and you are nervous, just quit, withdraw your money and find something what fulfill you in real life 

some hobby, sports, friends, pets, etc what doesnt need you to risk your money and make you depressed

anyways if you need somebody to talk to , i am here for you , not all the time but I will reply for sure

gambling can also be able to educate our mentality to be stronger in the face of the bitterness of life and consider it a defeat that we often get is delayed success, because I'm sure someone who likes to play gambling someday he will get success and win a big jackpot if he already has a mental bounce strong and always steadfast in the game do not like the fox strategy fox

Gambling is a risk of debt already when you deposit without being limited
And the casino is always a winner in the history of the long term

Pros of gambling:

1. Entertainment - Online, it quotes how "Gambling is regarded as a form of entertainment whereby people can participate to kill boredom or to pass time.". I completely agree with this. Playing in the stake races, taking up 1.5 - 2 hours is SO MUCH FUN! It is a great bonus when you are able to get the prize at the end of it too!

2. Winnings. I once went from $2.50 to $3000 and cashed it all out to my bank account. What happened was that I unboxed a $3000 VGO knife and in the end I got $2500 *after fees* to PayPal. When I unboxed it, no words can describe how chuffed I was to open it !!!

Cons of Gambling:
1. Underage gamblers. We all know that there are a tonne of kids online pretending to be over the age of 18 gambling. Personally, I feel like this is damaging the community and it shows why places like Las Vegas, will always be more popular than online casinos. I feel like websites need to have a way of making sure that everyone is over the age of 18. Also, with kids, there are beggars. I don't know how many times I have had a kid BEG me for $1, so he can just rip it in one bet.

2. Addiction. Like anything, people can become addicted to gambling. They don't know when to stop, deposit more and lose all of their bank balance. People really need to know how to maintain their balance and not rage bet.

3. Losses. We all know that feeling when you go all in on Jackpot, get 20. The dealer gets a 2 and somehow gets a 21 in the end. It can get very frustrating, resulting in us depositing more money and just losing it.

In my opinion, the advantage you win if you have the money you have the joy of having the money you want, what is the disadvantage that has been won, always go with the loser, if you lose, you will be annoyed and you will be able to hit things. The more I think you should be limited and playing within your range is my own opinion

Yes, that's very important, stopping at certain places to take a rest, reset your seed, maybe take a nap, do some real life stuff and not online gambling for when you win, this will refresh your mind and reset it so that you don't get too overconfident in your bets.

Another very nice summary of the pros and cons.  While winning can definitely be listed as a Pro, in some cases I could see it being a Con in the long run.  Of course winning is good, but if folks win big early on, I have seen that Pro turn into a Con because they thing they can always win from there... this can actually be one of the first causes of addiction in my eyes...

pros are better, haha, cons die so soon, haha, i think i would choose to be pros, ill study game so seriously before i invest on betting , i loke automatic game , since its less effort, but afraid to lose all while on automatic, hahaha, i might end up cons, haha.

I just added, maybe some pros for gambling because it's entertaining & fun, comfort, lots of game choices, privacy and safe and usually have attractive bonuses and prizes.

while some of the cons of gambling due to Online Gambling are risky if the online gambling site is not professional at the time of withdrawal of victory, and most online gamblers interact less with other people
