Dear Stake Support Team,

 

I am writing to formally report an unfair moderation action taken against my account (bigeagle99) in the chat room.

 

Recently, a player in the room violated community guidelines by verbally attacking others. I tagged the room moderator in hopes that they would handle the situation. However, the moderator took no action. The offender then turned to attack me. I did not retaliate at all; I only expressed my disappointment with the moderator's inaction. In response, the moderator muted me for 7 days without resolving the issue or penalizing the actual offender.

 

Stake stands for fairness to all players, but this moderator's handling of the situation was completely unfair and has severely ruined my experience on the platform.

 

I kindly request that you review the chat logs involving my account (bigeagle99), lift my mute, and re-examine the moderator's performance.
