Tor isn't the only way. But it is most simple for common user. Many consider the dark web to be some kind of terrible place. But in fact, this is the freest internet. A place for unusual discussions and interesting information.

Thanks for your guide about dark web, most of people have an idea about dark web that’s bad place or something for evil stuff but it’s like restrictionless internet, actually i’m working on my own forum there for unusual discussion, it’s still on designing stage i was working on the design by myself but but my friend told me that there are many web design companies which sells per-designed web pages or custom orders, he sent me a list of the companies with their design examples and prices and to be honest some companies are really cheap with nice designs and services which made me confused so i had to read some reviews and i finally chose m2media.com.au (https://www.m2media.com.au) , i supposed lunch it in few weeks.

What movie ? Who is "them" ?

And sorry to tell you but ... There's no "safe" place on the world..  people get scammed or hacked on mainnet everyday. Just as people die from car crash crossing a quiet neighborhood street. 

The whole thing is to balance between risk / safety measures.  I mean  you could wear a full protection armor to drive your bike across the street or even wear motorcycle protection clothes. But no one do that. In that case most people just wear a bike helmet and yellow jacket. 

Meaning you can browse the dark web with the same safety level that on internet. But to do so you will have to adopt much more safety measures like using for, a strong vpn, on a device that don't have in memory your credit card details.  And probably a few others.

There are clearnet(opposite to deep or darknet, regular internet) services/sites that allow you to browse onion/darknet sites with your normal browser.  

As far as security goes, you dont need anymore security or anonymity when browsing darknet then you do on any regular website. Unless your browsing for illegal things like Guns, Drugs, Hitmen or Child Pornography.   

Other then unusual conversation (most likely about topics mentioned above) and whistle blowing, Darknet isn't good for much.   I think that darknet is populated 5% curious individuals wanting to see what's there, 10% whistleblowers 50% scammers with the remaining 35% being sexual deviants and pedophiles.
