kulegutten Posted December 31, 2017 #26 Posted December 31, 2017 This year I've gone to the gym some but next year I want to do it even more stop slacking some weeks and coming back and losing progress. I want to try to get to 80kg bench press or even higher. Lose fat and gain muscle.

As for my resolutions, took your advice and can I brag now and say I already reduced the smoking since a week ago! I would also like to live life following the example from my favorite poem "Desiderata" (Desired Things) that I animated and composed music for. 1 Wish you all the luck in achieving that, stimi! Btw, thanks for sharing again some of your work, you're quite talented. You can and it's a great start !! That reduction need to be your standard from now on. Never smoke more than the actual, and when you'll be used to it, reduce more. Stay healthy
