What's the benefit of stake by giving away so much money to it's user?

The title says it all! Stake is the biggest casino at online. There are a lot of players and stake gives the best facilities to it's user. 

Daily race, forum challenges, affiliate commissions are like normal giveaway as different sites do so.  But weekly mega race, the interesting VIP features, huge rakeback system, weekly & monthly VIP boost/coupon, occasionally festival giveaway made stake unique gambling site. 

In last few days stake made the legendary giveaway of huge money. Christmas and monthly coupon together (huge amount), the $50k raffle draw then again prize/coupon for all user who had ticket. 

I think it's all for holding it's user to stay at stake, attracting new users & giving the best to it's user. Or I'm missing something to say? What do you think about this? What's the benefit of stake?

It's pretty obvious isn't it. you're even talking about it in your question. It's the biggest site out there and they keep getting bigger because their playerbase IS their marketing tool. All the money they save on all the usual marketing crap they can give to their users for sharing and getting more people hooked on this site.

All in all the players love commenting on how much Stake gives back to new players, which in turn start playing and see all the benefits of it. Who in turn talk to their friends etc.

It's a solid strategy. They save on marketing costs and get the playerbase to love them for it as well! It's a win win and I wouldn't want to see it any other way.

Yeah, this was very good promotion. Stake deciding to give everyone a prize that had entered the promotion that just had even one ticket it was very classy act I think. This reflects really well on Stake, there are not many sites that change the terms of promotion in favour of the the user's after the promotion has been announced! 

So that was very cool , I think Stake will naturally benefit as a result as well because players will just hold Stake in such high regard because of this 🙂🎈🎁

I think you answered your question in your own post. Steak has become a very well-known site which means there are a lot of high rollers that deposit there. Because of this they no longer need to bring in attention to stake they just need to keep people playing on stake to stay there. This is why they do so many promotions for money because they are making so much That they can afford to keep spending money in order to keep people to come back and spend more of their own money. Along with this most people lose the free money anyway so they just make a base profit.

There's no benefit for them, giving away so much money with it's user is a way of saying thank to them for being a part of their successful project, and besides the 50k usd is not a much for them as they earn more than they give.

Also it attracts people and since most bonuses are based on your wager they actually encourage you to play/risk more. + Keep in my mind a big portion of the freebies they give out ends up back in their pocket eventually.

The more you give the more you will receive. They say for every $ spent on advertising you bring 10$ in sales. Well loyalty programs will do as much if not more. Since I'm VIP and get boost and rakeback I dont really play anywhere else.

This is a great question and I've thought about it a lot.  Obviously, it's promotional and a lot of the funds they give away go right back to the site, but I think it is more than that.

Successful firms innovate and keep innovating even after they are successful.  This helps keep out new entrants.  Stake innovates with new games and new coins, but by having such awesome promotions, especially tailored to the highest rollers, Stake is keeping them loyal and locked in to the site.  The only real risk is people exploiting the sites generosity and that is mitigated by having rewards tied to playing levels.  While not perfect, I think the site does a pretty good job with promotions.
