I have read your claim on Askgamblers.com. My point of view is that you are fully responsible for your child's actions, so, therefore, you should not receive any money back.
Secondly, you sound like a gambler who just lost everything and can't accept the loss. If you are trying to fight a casino to get the money back, it is not going to work. I have lost a lot during the last days, and I am fully responsible for it. Just imagine, what if I would use the same excuse as you? No. If it's your kid, then it is a big lesson for your child and you as well.
If it was you the one who gambled, I suggest you take a break from gambling, accept the loss, and work, enjoy your life, live free and next time stay away from gambling.

Are you fucking kidding me dude? I mean Seriously you sound like some sort of scammer from the past on stake. Cause the story you trying to throw is based up on BULLSHIT.

Lemme tell you how responsible as a parent and as a person you are.

1, Your son takes hold of your phone.

2, You don't even know all that time where your phone is.

3, You have no idea what your son has been doing for all that time.

4, Apparently you didn't even had anything important as per your consideration to take much seriously, That's why your phone lays around here and there (Easily accessible to everyone)

OH YEAH WHO KNOWS IF HE IS A SO CALLED NON EXISTING SON OF YOURS. AKA IMAGINARY SON.

Btw you just said IF Stake had KYC blah blah blah.

Dude, before we proceed to conditional IF and THAT situations. Lemme ask you a serious question. (Are you even literate?) I mean Seriously do you even know how to read? If yes, were you blind when you signed up? WERE YOU BLIND WHEN YOU TICKED AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)?

You agreed to everything when you signed up.

Now don't act like the age of your so called son just to get sympathy funds from here and there to gamble.

BTW, Being a parent you don't even know what your kid is upto?

Sorry not sorry but it makes it more obvious how shitty as a parent as well as a person you are.

Oh yeah btw Thanks for this huge innovative idea,

The next time I lost my funds

I'm gonna complain saying

"MY KID RIPPED MY FUNDS HALPPPP I NEED REFUND"

Hot discussion O.o Will spot few thoughts, which came to my head while reading.

First. Yes, it's possible to know, what, when, and how your kids acts outside and online. Especially, in nowadays world. I know every step my kids made, every website they visited, and how many minutes of each game they played.

Second. Your kids are the mirror of you. What example you are showing to them right now? Lurking in crypto world without knowing what it is at all? Gambling online? Searching for guilts if failed and refusing any personal responsibility? Whinning and searching who will cover losses? Do you really want your kid to grow as such adult?

Third. Stake doesn't promotes itself in any spaces, which are dedicated for underages. If your kid is still finding and visiting gambling websites, or idk, porno, drug related sites - it's not a deal of these sites, it's deal of you.

Fourth. If your kid will reach your bank account and take a loan, so what, you can not to pay it back, because "it was not me"? Would your bank be responsible for that?

And final fifth. If you would live in my country, you already would get a huge penalty, for not taking care of your kid, becauce he gambled for third time. In worst case, kid might be taken out of family.

And here I'm done with this discussion.

If you cannot keep track of your child, then this is only your problem. Casino has nothing to do with it. Moreover, these are just your words without proof. Even if there is evidence, it is only you who are to blame for not watching your child. In general, it is more like the words of a losing player in the hope of returning the lost money.

@Persistente you opened 3 different topics in forum about the same thing.

This is not allowed, it is considered spamming and abusive behaviour. I made a merge to reduce the spam.

You tagged a lot of forum users to attract them to your posts, this is also abusive behaviour and is not allowed.

If you were any other forum user, you would be restricted from posting right now, and I dont like treating somebody differently.

But if in your case you get a punishment from breaking forum rules, maybe somebody would think that you are not allowed to speak freely here of your "important subject".

But if you break just 1 more time a forum rule, you will be restricted from posting.

locking this topic since you have just kept going on and on about your issue/s.

your topic and title, asks for help from people but you have just been contradicting everyone and everything they have been saying. that doesnt make any sense at all.

also, as maverick have mentioned, please avoid making multiple topics on the same issue at the same time. we have forum rules and guidelines to follow. :)
