Why is the withdrawal taking so long to be confirmed by admins?

It used to be instantaneous

Yo known, yeah usually its instant  by the way can you view the transaction on blockchain? I had this kind of problem too long time ago and when I confirm it to livechat I received it instantly  (looks like it's some kind of bug that makes system didnt send or missed it? idk)

Have you contacted live support? I believe they can help you instead of telling it to us

Live support says wait for an admin to come online to confirm manually

Also what average time is for withdrawals, I've never withdrawn but was just wondering this yesterday. 

If the hot wallet (the one that manages the automatic withdraws) doesnt have enough they most likely will do it manually

The Admins need to come online and manually and approve the withdrawals. You can contact support , they will inform admins as soon as they come online !

It's not on the Blockchain, yet, @Han2x, you didn't understand it well. Our administrators have to approve the withdrawal first, and then you will receive it in your wallet as soon as it is confirmed on the Blockchain.

For me its just okay as long as it wont take for a week already maybe for I understands how busy our admins and supports really
