Rain possibly glitched

In Sports chat, we have noticed that supposedly 'random' rain appears to be prioritising users first alphabetically. We did several tests and each time someone rained a single user or two users, it went to users beginning with 'b' about 6 times in a row.

Additionally some users have complained that rain is going to a different number of users than they selected.

Edit- after about 10 more rains, users with the letter 'b' (there is no one active beginning with 'a' in sports chat at this time) receive rain everytime 1 user is rained. When 2 users are rained, the first user receiving rain has still began with 'b', the second has also began with 'b' except for 3 exceptions: 1 user beginning with 'w' received rain once, and 1 user beginning with 'h' received rain twice. However, if I recall correctly, the user beginning with 'w' was last alphabetically in the chat, so it may be related to the glitch, and the user beginning with 'h' mentioned it was his first time receiving rain despite being bronze, so maybe he was more weighted towards receiving rain. This only seems to be occuring in sports chat.

More users have also complained of rain going to a different number of users, attempts to rain 10, 20, 25, and other higher numbers have resulted in only 1 or 2 users receiving the rain, usually users first alphabetically, I imagine these glitches are related. 

Eddie visited sports chat and tested rain himself, so I know stake is aware of this problem, but I thought updating this thread with additional info might be useful, and also serve as a warning to sports users not to rain until this glitch is fixed, your rain might not be shared around as much as you'd want.

Yes after last update rainbot not working properly and last night I saw just few users received rain every time I hope Dev resolve this problem very soon.

I had noticed that in the last update. Like it's not following the requirements like those who are in chat and those who are wagering. Even those people that isn't present at chat gets it. Something happened in the last update, I'm not sure if the stake team noticed it.
