OK 2-3 month ago send my id to verification (just becouse i want to don't have any problem in the future) they reject my approve without any reason no email no nothing , i even don't see they reject becouse i don't check every day and there is tipe i will receive email.... 2 day's ago i complete again and same problem ... i contact support and i say my problem and answ was ""Please send your document via email.There seems to be an error with your on website upload. "" ok i send document on email and basic info and i receive answear to complete again on website becouse they delete my form .... with no email with reason nothing ... if i don't send them email to ask what is going on they will never give you a reason ... i don't receive a answear yet with what they consider wrong... still wait
