Abusing promotions?

Hi there, I have been playing on stake for over a year and I have always participated in forum challenges every week. last week I succeeded to achieve the Vip challenge called "Blackjack Mystery Hand" and the other normal challenge called "Gary's Favorite: Goodfellas".

now I was trying to cashout my reward I was surprised that I can't cash it out, then I saw the List that @Nenad made, I was mentioned that I'm not eligible for VIP promotions.

 

 

then I tried to contact support team but unfortunately they said that their system has detected that I have been abusing some of their promotions, and he can't help me at this time. so I wanted to ask some questions to make sure that I did not do anything wrong.

 

Question 1: As I only have one active account doesn't that give me all the rights to participate in every single promotion ?

Question 2 : If I succeeded to achieve the required bet on sportsbook promotion, VIP promotion, Casino promotion, Slots promotion every  week and posed it on forum, does that count me as a winner without abusing or violating any rule of the forum rules ? 

 

and finally. I'm not here to make fuss about that or anything, I just want to know what I did wrong to avoid it next time, Have a good day fellas

We detected that you are having multiple accounts. Also, our system detected that you are abusing our promotions on forum and and based on that, you will unfortunately not be eligible from now on. We will look at your case once again. If there are any changes you will be notified. 

You are welcome to stay and play on site, but about forum promotions you are restricted from now on.

I respect what you said but again, I don't get what abusing promotions mean so I just need a simple answer.

Also I'm sure that I have a single account on both forum and stake.com which is linked to this account, I declare any other accounts should be  permanently banned from using forum or stake.com because simply they are not mine  

hope you understand Nenad that I didn't receive a single warning point since I joined forum, hope you also know that forum promotions is the thing that makes me enthusiastic to spend my time on the page, so make sure you look at my case as soon as possible and make a quite fair decision, have a great day 😃

I'm only taking a wild guess here, so please take this with a grain of salt, but if you're using any sort of free VPN software or play on a PC that multiple people use, that is likely why this decision was made-- if you truly aren't abusing promotions, that is. I'm not gonna take a side, just wanted to throw this FYI out there.

Even paid VPNs do not help, I also found on the forum 1 account with 1 post in the old 2019, seemingly created and abandoned after 3 days, no matter how much I write that this account was not mine, they will not care, for that I received 10 penalty points on the forum, but this did not affect my work, to my luck, the person who owns that account abandoned, roughly speaking, I was lucky!

luckily there was only 1 post and the forum account was abandoned after 3 days! So choose a VPN or a browser with a built-in VPN carefully because I've heard a lot of people on the forum complain about this! If someone is abusing multi-accounts, it's good that they are being blocked!
