There are theories that the location matters and even if I think it might be possible, I am more convinced it is still all just random and doesn't actually matter

doesnt matter i suppose since its random every time - it would be bad if it country mattered since everyone would use VPN to connect there every single time so yeah its probably random.

Seeds matter more I think. But does seed only work with dice or does it matter for all games?

Seed won't matter for 3rd party provider games.. Only stake originals

You know the conspiracy theorist in me says yes lol. I have hit large wins only while using Switzerland IP. Where I’m from one or two of the providers slots don’t work so if I’m playing those I’ll hop skip on over to Switzerland lol.
