Incorrect Monthly Bonus Calculation

Hello,

 

I believe i've had a miscalc on  monthly bonus with days omitted.

 

May's bonus day was paid 14/05 and had a code of 1305 in it's URL.

June's bonus day was paid 16/05 and has a code of 1605 in it's URL.

I had substantial play (Verifiable on bets page) on 14/05 and 15/05 which isn't shown in the last 30 days statistics (It's now outside 30 days) but these amounts weren't accumulated into the May bonus as it'd been paid before i played. 

Just wondering if there can be manual review as my Gold level assist wasn't able to answer satisfactorily.

Hey, I'll pre-empt the response you're going to get from support. 

The reason the wagered values outside the last 30 days were not included in the wagered value for your June monthly, is because they were outside the last 30 days. 

The June monthly notice clearly states that the value is calculated based on the last 30 days wagering.

It's such a pain, because it's a great site. Thanks for the answers and that makes sense. Why wasn't the chat able to specify that to me? Seems strange.

That is good news but the chat team still say the same thing. It was last 30 days.

Well the day you get your monthly don't your biggest wagering day if your a regular depositing player. 

Monthly are just a nice bonus , nothing else, and being plat 2 and having not deposit much last 3 months ( bc of personal issues ) my monthly without wagering anything but from reload ) is roughly 60$ .. so   just 1 100$ depo would make any other day a better day.  What you assume is wrong. They just have to set some rules for their bonuses and honestly stake is by far the casino that gives back the most to their players so if it's not fair to you just go check others casinos and compare. No doubt you'll stick to stake

yeah feels like they just give random amounts and that even support doesnt know how its calculated.

i have wagered the same amount of money for 2 weeks and iv got 2 different weekly amounts. feels off.

OMG Same. My biggest wagering day in May was 14 and 15 of May. When I got my 200 dollar monthly bonus on the 16th of June, I was kinda suspicious that they didn't include the 40k or so that I wagered on the 14th and 15th of May. To make up for this, they MUST have monthly early in July. Otherwise, it's just not fair. 

Btw, even though Eddie doesn't admit it... I know for a fact that monthly bonus is based on previous 30 days and NOT based on wagering since the previous monthly. How do I know this?

In February when the monthly bonus came late (last week of Feb), I got just 300 bucks even though I should have gotten 350 or so since I wagered around 350k since Jan 14th (which is the date of monthly bonus in January). A few days after the monthly for February was released, I stopped playing...

Then in March, when monthly came middle of the month, and I hadn't wagered anything in the prior 2 weeks, my monthly was something like 200 bucks.  So I knew they took into account my wagering in the last 2 weeks of February to come to that amount. Since I did not wager anywhere close to even 30k since the February monthly bonus was released, but I STILL got 200 for monthly in March.

This proves beyond any doubt that monthly is indeed based on the last 30 days, and NOT based on when the last monthly bonus was released.

You would think people would be happy to get a free bonus in general, no other site gives out the amounts that stake does and people still complain...

Yea, I noticed my monthly bonus seemed so low and it makes no sense.

They aren't incorrectly calculated. Monthly is based on the previous 30 days wager and a lot of things are took in consideration. It's free money without strings attached. Other platforms asks you to wager the "bonus" before withdrawing it. Just a way to lose it.
