MrBookBookBook Posted July 30, 2021 #1 Posted July 30, 2021 Hello, On July 23rd I vaulted a balance of about $80 USD worth of Ethereum (.038 Eth). After about 3 hours later, I went to withdraw this from the vault however, my vault showed no balance to withdraw. I reached out to Support and was told they would reach out to their Tech team and to wait for a response. However, it's now been a 7 days and have yet to receive any update to the missing balance. Today Support ended the live chat regarding this issue. I've never had an issue with vault and even the day prior to this issue I was able to deposit and withdraw about 1k USD. I am hoping to get a good response but at this point I am unsure if this will be resolved and wanted to bring attention to the fact that this can happen with the vault. I've attached the chat logs for reference. Any help is appreciated . Thanks, Eric - Update: This was resolved and the money was credited back to my account.
