Recent change in incentive rules

😱The change in incentive rules should only apply for new members. I have just recently received the rank of platinum1 but I have been a active member of the stake community since I joined in 10/14/2018!! Now all things considered that Stake supposedly prides itself on being one of the best casinos for giving back to its members through its VIP program and promises that they will not be beaten. Then why is it that they have changed the rules for incentives recently and I have not received the promise of my daily reloads? Which as a long time member I have not been grandfathered in to be eligible for the incentives that were promised to me for reaching platinum 1when I joined in 2018? I have instead been given just a 14day reload in total until I reach platinum 2 and have had my personal VIP host which I had already obtained taken away until I reach platinum 3 as per the new incentive rules

Yes unfortunately they bumped up the VIP host and made some changes to the VIP program very recently.

Not sure if they would honor the old agreement with you but it would be best to talk to support about it,
