This isn't a huge deal, and I know I'm impatient, but I wanted to suggest that when somebody gets assigned a VIP host it is one that is available/not away from their desk. It doesn't feel very VIP like to wait around for them to contact you. I know it's my own dumb fault for using the rest of my deposit to hit plat 3, but I had planned to use the bonus to play today (the other levels were given right away).

I realize this probably isn't possible, because you have to keep a balance of hosts to players, but wanted to mention it anyway 😃

Thats something they changed relatively recently. When I made plat 1 I got a host. I also feel like there used to only be 4 plat VIP levels. Now there are 6... When I made 4 they added 5 and 5 they added 6...

Did you ever get ahold of your VIP Host? I was assigned one 6 days ago and he still hasn't responded to multiple messages. Doesn't matter what emoji it shows for him even when it "Few Minute reply" I get nothing.

That is normal - My wait was about 4 days but now my host is spot on with everything set up & us knowing each other's time schedule a little more.

After you get your VIP host, if it's still bad you can request a change with them & get one better for your time zone I think. Gl!!

I got in touch with mine within a few hours, so no complaint here really. I was mostly just impatient at the time.  @Ascent 6 days is kind of a crazy long time? Def. might need to request getting one that has a time zone that better aligns with your own.

I mean the timezone seems to be fine, it shows him online mid day for me. I even asked the normal support if I can get a hold of him another way or if they could get ahold of him for me, they said no I have to message him...(like I haven't tried) Pretty wild

Ask support for the Community Manager & request a change of host.  As your host hasn't made any effort to communicate with you, you don't need permission from said host to move to another One.

When chatting with Community manager, remind him/her that your already down 1 weeks reload bonus that you need to be compensated for. (there's me on the naughty step for another week or two).

The Support desk cannot turn down your request & the community manager must enable your request to chat with you (if that makes sense).

Good luck with your endeavours and don't take NO for any answer that should be a yes.

@JoMaha8 Okay a lot of great information and thank you all for the replies. I did check and I also used the secret chat option... I never used the app either. I just resent a message adding him to a new chat group so I hope that's the correct way to do it. @ByteMeTwice Thanks for the information if this new chat doesn't work today I'll start down your route!

I feel you but like you’ve said they will be balancing it out. And never gamble the money you can’t afford to lose bro, that’s a golden rule at gambling 😅

ah I never said anything about not being able to afford to lose it... I just meant out of the money I had allocated to blow gambling I had used the rest for that specific day. I limit myself per day (the best I can).

 

I will say, just as an update to an old thread, that my host, Mirela is awesome and it has been a great experience dealing with her thus far.
