The app was playing up and now I lost my account and can't find it

Hi due to the recent update I lost my stake app with my account that was opened on June.  I had to install the app again but when I logged in it was creating another account and it didn't find my old account with like 5 shares that I've invested in.. how can I retrieve my old account and the money
