narc Posted August 14, 2021 #1 Posted August 14, 2021 @Edward drew raffle on twitch and I was online as well, but he drew numbers between 1 and 1260211. But one of my ticket's number is higher than that. it was 1260552. I played last minutes to get one more tickets (before the deadline) but it took some time for Stake to issue the ticket. So when @Edward took the numbers it wasn't included. I'm not saying I would win but I (and some others) would have some more chance to win. It's not fair (Trump impersonation here for @Edward ). I wagered just for that ticket. Support says they can't do anything for that, Idk if Stake can/will do anything and I don't have a suggestion myself but I wanted to let you know. Maybe that won't happen in the future. My ticket: Edds RNG:

I thought you might have followed up specifically with Takadhun's suggestion. Then again, Stake's "we cant do anything" does appear somewhat definitive.. Seems like the easiest option on their end (and somewhat typical). Anyway, sorry to hear.

I mean, i have an issue with them as well earlier, they just won’t listen and push on what they were trained to do. What i did was, i send an e-mail directly to Eddie. I have a feeling he would respond to it considering a number of proof was attached to it just to prove my point and that i had right to make a complaint. I don't want to just broadcast what happened as i feel it’s unfair to some who had received an excellent stake customer service. If there’s one. Heheheh.
