You should have posted abusive messages in chat or done something that violated stake rules. I know it sucks when you are losing money , but the thing is to be patient and wait for your lucky day , you will definitely win for sure some day because stake is very generous casino.

Rule number 1 says: Do not spam, harras or be offensive to other users. 

You have violated this rule more than once and you were warned and muted multiple times but you just continued. And, please, losing is no excuse. Your chat log is filled with continues spam and our staff did what they had to since you wouldn't change. I saw you got another chance and I really hope you will use it properly. Also, you already appealed your mute and got the answer so there's no reason to still talk about this. Wait for your mute to expire, and change your behaviour on the chat and you will not find yourself in the situation like this anymore.

Well sure its annoying but you should have been warned before getting muted. 

You can also appeal from your mute if you show a little regrets and behave 

And your not forever banned right ? Just take it as a lesson.

And last , mate 700$ lost over z month is very common here and even quite low compared to what most of us have lost here a day or another.

And rain won't make it up for your loss, it's just very little money to play around that's all.

Just move on, accept the loss and expect to lose more if you want to keep gambling. Bc it will happen most surely.
