X4damage Posted August 29, 2021 #1 Posted August 29, 2021 First time posting. So I’ve been pretty lucky on stake - managed to cycle about $5k in deposits all the way to plat 2 but over the past two weeks I’ve not been able to hit anything and just mowed through $8k. Feels bad… Anyone else gone through a rough period like this? What did you do? Deposit more? Take a break?
Narchy Posted August 29, 2021 #2 Posted August 29, 2021 Yes i did unfortunately, and the best thing to do is to take an break this is bound to happen due to the house edge in the long term the house will always win, dont chase your loses by any way
uberorb Posted August 29, 2021 #3 Posted August 29, 2021 Will happen sooner or later thats why people advise to withdraw when you can, all about mindsets
WinzOnly Posted August 29, 2021 #4 Posted August 29, 2021 Lose only money that you can afford. Gambling is meant to be fun
Schrodes Posted August 29, 2021 #5 Posted August 29, 2021 Same as me bro the last 2 weeks have been ridiculous,i even went to wager betting 1.01 on limbo and the first 2 balls were 1.00 then 1.00 after already losing a heapon dice (30 red dice in a row)
Adri3000 Posted August 29, 2021 #6 Posted August 29, 2021 It is a roller coaster, with ups and downs, breaks are necessary. and sometimes you have to play slower, not always in the same way. luck
LodowkaPokey Posted August 29, 2021 #7 Posted August 29, 2021 Im everytime rip! thats crazy but i know have unlucky now. Wait on my lucky month/day/week haha good luck
gruntworker Posted August 30, 2021 #9 Posted August 30, 2021 Honestly, if your goal is to win money... gambling isn't a long term great idea. It's possible if you are lucky and win something big then never gamble again. But other then that, it's just fun, exciting entertainment that can get really expensive.
Log Posted August 30, 2021 #10 Posted August 30, 2021 Yeah I don’t know man I’ve done nothing but lose for three months I’ve set fire to like $30,000 or more can’t even get a hit anywhere and if I do with swiftly taken back
EcstaticJack1 Posted August 30, 2021 #11 Posted August 30, 2021 Definitely take breaks. Gamble for 30 mins, then walk around do something else. It will help you from tilting your balance away. It's good to take breathers.
MrSun Posted August 31, 2021 #12 Posted August 31, 2021 Take a break and remember to only gamble what you can afford to lose.
