Withdrawing problem

Hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone has had problem withdrawing, i keep getting a error message saying you are not allowed to do that.

ive used stake for months and withdrawn money from it all before and its all been fine. 

But now it wont let me and im just asking for someone to point me in the right direction as we all know stake support aint the quickest

Trying withdrawing 1$ less than the max amount,if thats not the issue than seitch odd vpn and try

if that is not the issue than only stake support  can help

Ive contact them and they told me to email stake which i have done but that was yesterday, im still waiting on a response ive deposited alot more than what ive got in there currently and just wish to be able to get this matter solved

The message i get is

Error

You are not allowed to do that.

Ive been using stake since June and have had no problems before if anyone can help that would be amazing thanks in advance

Still nothing back from stake been over 24hours now not sure how long im meant to wait for a reply for a email? is it normally this long?

They keep saying contact via email which is whats taking so long

I'm not sure you're going to find a solution if you keep posting here. If you've emailed and contacted support, there's not much more you can do I guess.
