Max bet automatically enabled (bug?)

I was casually betting literally cents just for fun and to wager on dice, doubling down after every loss. I was down at 0.40 and the next second I lost all my balance since the game made an all-in bet without my permission. Before making the bet I hit the 2x button, then I made the bet expecting it to be 0.80, not my whole balance. Both hot-keys and the max-bet was disabled in the settings.

Support told me there was a connection loss while I was making the bet, and that's what activated the max-bet function somehow. It's a small amount that I lost, only $40, but I'm still puzzled how did it happen. Did anyone ever had a similar encounter?

But I didn't wanted to go all-in, so why the hell was it enabled without me giving my permission?

I had a similar experience. I just lost a whole lot more. Support told me the exact same thing. Since then I have been double checking my betsize before clicking the bet button.
