JayRaff Posted September 8, 2021 #1 Posted September 8, 2021 Just a heads up, if you use Cashapp to buy then send BTC to your casino wallet they will close your account and there's no way to get it reopened. I spoke with support/supervisors and they said "using cashapp to send BTC to a gambling site is against TOS.." Even though I've used it multiple times in the past and at the very beginning I was having trouble sending it to my casino wallet so I contacted Cashapp support and they were actually able to help me and did NOT tell me that what I was doing was against their TOS... So yea just a heads up don't use Cashapp.. 👎 On that note, which wallet/exchange are you guys using to buy/send BTC? I bought a few hundo on Coinbase to send over but they hold/lock it for 11 days... So for a test I used crypto.com, bought 100$ but when I sent it they charged me 25$ out of the 100$ to send it...... Next step is trying Uphold... Obviously trying to find the cheapest way to send it... Please lmk if you have any ideas, thanks
adamintx Posted September 8, 2021 #2 Posted September 8, 2021 The last place you mentioned is my main place. They are pretty chill. They hold Litecoin for some reason before sending. It adds like 20 minutes to the transaction. UH charged my $17 to send $100 in BTC last week and c.a charged 20 cents for the same. I am all about XRP now though and UH is good with small fees and instant transfers so XRP is my favorite crypto to use at the moment. Also UH says 6-7 days to send money out to my bank but it happens same day every time. It’s awesome for that too.
Grid Posted September 8, 2021 #3 Posted September 8, 2021 Try with Tron, it is quite cheap to send with.
Log Posted September 8, 2021 #4 Posted September 8, 2021 I’ve never had anything held, but I have had 7-8 cashapp accounts closed for tos lol. I just make a new one.
JayRaff Posted September 9, 2021 Author #5 Posted September 9, 2021 Yea I had to make a new one after talking to support supvisor.. I told them the least they could do is send out a tweet or put it somewhere on their app since NOONE reads TOS.. But so far yea sending XRP from Uphold only charges .0000100 of 1 XRP share to send it. I've sent 3k and I've send 200$... Both charged me the exact rate.
Burgerwcheese Posted September 9, 2021 #6 Posted September 9, 2021 Uphold will close your account after you send to casino wallet a few times, I was using them and after my 7th xrp purchase I got an email saying they were closing my account. I've been using crypto.com and have had 0 issues sending or receiving, buying/selling. If I wanna use btc I will buy LTC because the fee is like .04 cents to send it and it's faster, then exchange it with dinabot. But yeah I've bought and sold $10k+ all good experiences.

Good to know about Uphold... Looks like I just have to send more $ with Crypto.com.. It just aggravated me that I sent 100$ in BTC and they took 25$.....that fees insane

I was trying to withdraw .005 BTC and the fee was .004....I was only gonna get .001 after fees....that's why I have moved to alt coins for gambling, lower cost and faster transfers

From there I swap it to BTC for free and send it over. And sending from Nexo to stake says it's free, I don't know if it's because my acct is fairly new or what.... (just for shits an giggles I bought BTC on my new cashapp acct, sent it to Nexo then transfered to Stake for free just to see... It's good if you want to spend the few pennies to transfer it "within 10mins".. Other than that 🖕 cashapp) I sound like I'm gettin paid by Nexo, lol but I'm not.. It's pretty much just like that Binanace or whateva where they give u interest on your crypto. If your interested heres my referral link. U sound like you got a pretty good system already, but just incase. 🍻 https://nexo.io/ref/fsn6g3dnmp?src=android-link
danfishing Posted September 11, 2021 #10 Posted September 11, 2021 No matter where you buy it XRP is best best because there's no way to track who you send it to. That's what I've been told at least.
QuentinA97 Posted September 11, 2021 #11 Posted September 11, 2021 My friend also had issues with cashapp. Be careful!

Send it to a wallet or exchange, preferably one that doesn't charge you or charges you pennies.
Gibbto Posted June 2, 2022 #13 Posted June 2, 2022 I used Cashapp quite long time ago. Not satisfied with my experience neither. What else can you recommend today?
hallie Posted June 3, 2022 #15 Posted June 3, 2022 So what exactly is the problem with Cashapp? It seems to me it's the same type of app as Remit I use. But a little less troublesome. Despite some positive reviews at https://world-remit.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html, the world remit customer service leaves much to be desired.
Tphan360 Posted June 3, 2022 #17 Posted June 3, 2022 Just use ca as a bridge and off it into an offline wallet then send to wherever you want. Withdraw is just in the reverse order.
Crolatte Posted June 3, 2022 #18 Posted June 3, 2022 Yes i have an issue to with cashapp. Better for me to use binance or blockchain
Mekukito08 Posted June 3, 2022 #19 Posted June 3, 2022 I prefer to use Binance or Coins (app in our country) 🤘
