WillyBobo Posted October 10, 2021 #1 Posted October 10, 2021 A friend of mine who is a big time gambler signed up with the referral link I sent him. He's new to crypto so I set him up with his wallets, helped him sign up on some exchanges and taught him how to deposit and took him on a tour through our beloved Stake casino while answering any questions he had. So after a few days I checked to see if I had earned anything yet only to find out that he wasn't signed up under me at all. I contacted support about it and was told that it looked like we possibly had signed him up underneath the same device that I use, which we hadn't or that he was underneath the same IP address that I used which he wasn't and then I was told that there's nothing that can be done about it. Now hes been gambling on Stake steady and I'm not getting any credit for it but Stake is. guys I find it hard to believe that there's nothing that can be done about this. Support told me to just have him resign up underneath my name again but there's no way that he was going to do that, it took us forever to get everything set up for him in the 1st place and he was not gonna go through it again. Please help me with this.
ggmu Posted October 10, 2021 #2 Posted October 10, 2021 Had the same issue, i am luckier because i find out it wasnt under me and i ask him not to deposit He feedback to the support and request them to put him under me but support said we use same IP... which is BS
