I’m gold level almost to platinum but I haven’t been able to reload or even find the option to in my VIP section. My friend who’s bronze level has received many reloads, can someone help me find my reload

VIP Bronze, Silver and Gold accounts will only have reloads available when there is a special event at the casino, some prizes can also be paid in the form of reloads or when the casino sends a pre-monthly bonus to all players, and these reloads can be redeemed every 10 minutes, these refills remain active in your VIP section for up to 5 days and then disappear. At the Platinum VIP level, refills can remain active in your account for 14 to 28 days; if you continue to level up, the reload values will increase, and may be available for the entire month, and will never expire.
