i didnt even read the whole message but if cdot mute you on stake chat it was because you did something dumb and disrepectfull to other uses. He didnt do something personal to you for sure, also you being so toxic to me on stake chat so iam not suprise you get mute!!

yeah i anticipated all the sports chat gonna stick up to him to get credit points. and i remember u well, u laughed at me once when i lost a bet so ovbiously ill react.

 

btw it shows that u didnt really read anything. u would see how many energy he wasted to hunt me and make sure i end up muted. i didnt say i never did anything wrong and im a saint, but few wrongful times were enough to get me permed

Rest of the mutes i got from other mods are older, all the recent mutes i recieved were from you. If there is no grudge, why did i find myself leaving the site unmuted, and coming back to a mute? When i wasnt even chatting on sport? It means u spend ur free time looking through my chat logs trying to get a reason to mute me. And what about that one specific mute i talked about which u ignored? Told my friend if i can show him something on tg and got muted?

And what about me always checking sport chat and seeing users laugh at me? Dg wrote "cdot trolled me about coral yesterday" just a day after i send an appeal. If its not personal, why do u share personal appeal with others and laugh about it?

Btw i never claimed im an angel. U keep repeating to how many times i got muted, anf u adress one time i was wrong indeed. But as i said, if at least 1 mute or more were wrong, i should have another chance to chat. 1 wrongful mute means i wouldnt get permed yet.

I know i broke the rule few times.. but srsly few were wrongful like that one i mentioned and cdot didnt adress when i told my friend if i can show him something on tg and got muted when both i and him never shared anything, i see users telling each other to check tg all the time. I know i was involved with alot of arguments on chat but it doesnt mean im a bad guy, i was going through a rough time and all im asking is another shot at chatting to have fun, and since i got couple wrongful mutes i think i deserve a chance to show iv changed.

Appeals are for getting unmuted and unbanned, and when the decision becomes final whether he gets unmuted or unbanned, the appeal is done and there is no more point for it hence why it gets locked.

So, let's wrap this up, all together, you have been muted 11 times by at least 4 different staff members. Warned that your next mute would be permanent when you reached 10, get muted with you admitting you were wrong and broke the rule and a CM backing the mute as well, and you're upset that your decision has not changed. Got it.

I have 1 mute for 1 hour & not happy with myself for getting in the position where the mod had to give it to me.

 

Mods are very fair dude.  Yes, sometimes the mods and I, don't see eye to eye on certain things, but I wouldn't go as far as to suggest that i'm being picked on.

Well I'm sorry for you but come on you should have started correcting your behavior after maybe the 3rd mute.  I mean you know the rules and i don't thinks it that hard to respect them. 

But seems like you kept doing just what you wanted nevermind the rules. So now you can just do 1 thing : assuming the consequence of your behavior. I'm saying this having been muted several times ( not 11 lol but not 1 or 2 neither ) so i can tell you that you can't blame the rules of those applying them when the rules are known and obvisous.

And now the last part is that if you want people moving your way, i mean changing their mind to take side for you, instead of claiming : life is so unfair i have been victim of injustice, try better to sincerely apologize and prove your changed. But well for the perm mute here it's too late obviously but maybe it could help you think twice next time. 

If someone do a mistake once , we can believe it wasn't willingly. After the first warning it becomes willingly acting so... 11 times. If it was a court case in the US you'd have earned a death sentence for sure 😂

I don't see a single shred of evidence showing "abuse of power" as this title suggests... and Cdot plainly stated evidence for what appears to be a long list of justified mutes.. Pretty sure you're gona have to accept your consequences, I believe perms can be appealed after 6 months, (check with support, I'm not sure) and if the person appealing can somehow show the mod that they've 'learned their lesson' and will conform and adhere, there's a possibility of idk what you'd call it.. "parole" ? LOL..  I've seen some get another chance after 6 months, but its not often.. Best of luck
