  • Hello! I would like to leave some ideas to improve support communication with players. 1- Suggestion: There may be a video call option for some players to chat in real time with the support team or the VIP host, this option can be directly on the stake platform or through Telegram or Instagram. 2- Suggestion: There could be an option where support and players will be able to chat by audio, this would make it much easier when solving a problem and it would be much faster. 3- Suggestion: Each player who sends a message to the support team will have a waiting number. For example: A player sent a message to support asking for some help, this player would enter a queue, in this queue he would know the time he would be answered by the support team. 4-Suggestion: It could have an intelligent virtual response option in real time. For example: Before the player is directed to the online support team, the player would write what questions he has or what problem he wants to solve, this virtual assistant would clear all the doubts of the player, but if the problem still remains then the virtual assistant would forward the player immediately to the online support team. 5-Some moderators may qualify to refer players with issues to the online support team in the future. For example: A moderator interested in working more intensively in the stake would have to register and receive a study once a week to improve their knowledge and stay current. When a player asks a moderator for help that moderator would try to resolve the issue, if the moderator is unable to resolve the issue the moderator would immediately forward the player to the online support team. There would be a private message option for players to talk to moderators about problems or doubts encountered on the platform or in the games.

Gente, acho que vocês não entenderam muito bem o tópico.
Esse tipo de sugestões precisam ser feitas em um tópico novo, onde toda a comunidade possa compartilhar suas ideias e concordar, ou não, com as ideias já mencionadas.

Os artigos do site auxiliar de Ajuda precisarão passar por atualizações durante as próximas semanas.

Peço a todos q segurem seus reports enquanto isso.

Assim q tiver tudo certo, vou fazer uma nova publicação aqui nesse tópico mesmo e só então os novos reports começarão a valer para os bônus.

E, por favor, os artigos de Ajuda do Suporte devem sempre ser reportados aqui. O outro tópicos é única e exclusivamente para o site do Stake em si 😅
