The Level Up - one provider does not open

Hello everyone! I am unable to do The Level Up this week due to the fact that I can not enter one slot from the truelab provider. I have already tried all the options and VPN, nothing helps. The most interesting thing is that from another account I enter this slot, but from the base I cannot enter a real game for money, but I can enter a game for entertainment.
