I sent my tax declaration to prove my finance status and they refused it, there is no thing that I didn't do with my déclaration des revenus, it's the most official way to prove that you use legit money. Just Staake refused it to me as far as now. As proof of address, I added my bank account statement with the clear address on it. They refused that one too. They didn't say why, just told me to send alternative papers. I gave up doing the 3rd step because I see no reason why they avoided them, I did other casinos KYC, CC and trading accounts on two platforms with those papers. I don't know why they don't like them and it feels fishy. When I tried to reach support, they told me that I have to send them in Latin/Roman alphabet. French and English are indeed Roman. They may have refused it because one paper was in French, it's the only thing that sounds partially logic even if I never had issues about it.
