Simon4s Posted November 13, 2021 #1 Posted November 13, 2021 I have submitted multiple documents in accordance to CSR's guidelines but they have been rejected over a dozen times. This includes signed and stamped documents. They also won't say the reason for rejection. Edit: Nov 13 2021 submission: Doc1 - Stamped bank statement (rejected) Doc2 - rental agreement (rejected) Nov 20 2021submissions: Doc1 - A different stamped and signed bank statement (approved) Doc2 - Rental agreement (rejected) Below is my conversation with Stevan who clarifies that my Bank statement is good to go and my Rental agreement is the culprit. November 21 2021: Doc1 : the same bank statement (rejected) Doc2: cable internet bill (approved) I am at a complete lost here.

However, what I've done is forwarded this to someone whose a senior on the KYC team so they can provide more clarity or assist you further in this matter
