For me I slept for almost 6-8 hours and played the rest out of it aside from work 🤭 but sometimes I can only slept for 5-6 hours especially if I really wanted to play👍🤭😁 Sleep allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.. So lets sleep and rest for a while ☺️ How about you?

I always "forget" to go to sleep when i have balance and give it back to stake. I gotta work on my selfcontrol
