Live support not working?

When I try to reach life support, the chat tab isn’t even showing up.

my question is: am I going to get a reload this month? I am vip 1. Wondering if you only get a monthly bonus or a reload, not both. Got my monthly, but no reload. Though I though vip 1 got a reload. Any help is appreciated

I don’t know what VIP 1 is but Platinum 1 and higher VIPs got a one-off bonus, Gold and below got a reload. You don’t get both.

the reloads you are asking about are from when you first level up your account.  those aren't related to the monthly bonus.
