I think the most powerfull thing is, if you won, stop play for 1-2 days, than its not happen ur balance drop to zero, take some break and than "work" again

I max myself to $20 a day deposit so it's often the case where it drops to Zero! I tend to go have a cuppa tea and then login to play WoW or Chess take my mind off it and relax. Always good to just move away from it to prevent tilting.
