Joining the Support team

Hello,
The other day, i was asking myself "how does someone get into the support team on stake (like live support f.e.)?". So iam asking the question here:
Is there some form to fill out, will stake go to an agency for the ppl behind the live support chat or are they stake staff?
What education/conditions are needed for a support? (like work experience)

Its an interesting topic imo and i would love some insights from someone in the support team on here
