Amount of reload decreased a lot for anyone in 2nd day ?

Hi Hope everyone having great day 
I just want to ask if the amount of reload decrease a lot to anyone?
because my reload decreased in way that doesn't make any  sens u can have look at the screenshot 

and when I talked with support and they said " Our team has informed us that certain reload amounts were wrongly set initially, so what you have now is the correct amount as per our Marketing team " 
I will understand that if it was for everyone 
but i asked my friends who wager way way less than me and they got high reload. and faris said reload doesn't depend on wager. okay sure  I will understand that . but u are giving me a reload that if i claimed it every single day every 10 mins that i will not give me a 1$ why would i bother to reload it ? 
please if staff or marketing team saw this post please look at my case
