Hey,

Support is intenionally lying and trolling customers at this point. My blood is honestly boiling right now. So much dishonesty, it would be so easy to tell people that the reload is capped at some point, but Stake support decides to betray and lie to their customers. I request Stake to apology to their players for all the lies. Otherwise many negative reviews on Trustpilot and other review platforms are going to follow.

there is no explanation for that it's normal and your account will be lowered monly next month just see we don't know where it went wrong but that's how it is.. in vain you contact support he only knows and is happy if you deposit without withdrawal

It's funny they expect us to believe that they have to set the reload again for each individual accounts out of who know how many thousands there are.

I am GOLD and mine was reset to 2 satoshis the other day, which actually is not problematic to me, but the way these supports explain the situation is hysterically funny. It's free money after all and a beggar is better than a choosing beggar.

We all know that reloads are base on wager ..how much you've wager on the previous week? bec I have as well a lower levelled account with consisted 0.11 $ per 10 minutes but not able to claim bec I'm using my main most of the time . But that account is pretty sure have decent wager 

If you are unhappy to the amount they are giving you simply don't stress yourself claiming it

Bro what? Y’all are really made over .11 cent reloads? This is probably why they don’t make upgrades needed and address the real issues with the site and it’s vip program. Because they are fielding 1000s of questions about .11 cent reloads.. wtf

@Teebee89You can actaully calculate how much profit Stake makes. 

For the christmas giveaway players collected 3.9 million tickets 

So overall people wagered 3.9 billion dollars

At a house edge of 1-4% thats 39-156 million dollars profit for Stake in just three weeks.

So don't tell me Stake can't afford to get more staff and fix things.

These people are rich af. Some degenerate gamblers are just unbelievable.

No don’t get me wrong the vip system is an absolute joke and they have continually declined in the vip dept even though the last few months since getting all the big streamers to sign on they have made 5x more than they have ever made. Everything about this place is a money hole and they are completely selfish but dude I wouldn’t be crying over .11 reloads when the whole entire vip program is what needs redone
