I think a lot of people unfortunately missed out on some of the really great promotional increases such as the level up & Stake vs Eddie. People who completed those challenges received up to $500 & most people completed it with a cost significantly less. A lot of the promotions were outside of just the bonus drops. 

 

I played all the promo increases, including Stake vs Eddie and the Level Up, which were fun, but I felt the prizes were fairly small considering the time and effort taken to hit the multipliers. 
 

The wager-based competitions are always out of my league (and I assume most of the other players) because I’m not a high roller. The million dollar race and giveaway is pointless for most of the user base unless you’re super lucky. 
 

The frustrating part is that those with multi accounts are ruining the prizes for regular players. Is there any way to counteract it that doesn’t result in reduced prizes for everyone else? Maybe a fixed prize per person?

Our main struggle at the moment is that we're unfortunately constantly up against abusers who wager the absolute minimum amount in order to receive these bonuses & then farm them on hundreds if not thousands of accounts. It makes it tricky. That's where the wager requirements come in.

why not for verified level 2&3 users  

but you really want to change the game and start to maximize the profits

That is why I think it is important to establish bonuses only for players verified with National Identity Documents or similar .

Well first off .. gambling is not a way for you to make money. it's purely for entertainment ONLY .

It's not free, you only get back % of what you have wagered.

 Just to clarify: I suggested that you arent paid by Stake. Anyway I appreciate your response. Stake has its benefits but it could improve-- with a few adjustments, I could foresee it being ranked among the best. That aside, no, defensiveness ≠ working for Stake. Sometimes, however, its unclear why there's an underlying sentiment or motive to run to Stakes defence-- to effectively deter meaningful discourse-- at first sight of criticism. (Most reasonable people would agree that "like it or back off" isnt the most welcoming response to OP.. and this happens all too often imho.

7/10 it was nice and consistent bonus. But no ticket raffle coupon nor a xmas post monthly or such was quite disappointing.

We can still hope for tomorrow post monthly with the "last race boost" coupon as happened the previous year.

The bonus drops last year, were almost all 3-5k monthly wager requirement. 
This time it was 20k wager requirement. 
That was insanely high. Of course I didn’t got any of that.

You said two weeks ago on stream, and I quote:” I give you guys heads up, that next week we gonna have a wager requirement. But don’t worry, it will be like 100$”. Your words.

Next week, when the wager requirement started, it was already 800$, which is okay.

On last stream, two weeks from the start of the wager requirement, it got to 2k and even 5k wager requirement.

2-5k wager a week is insanely high. 
That’s for high rollers.

Now, if you just want users to wager to get more profit for stake - that’s ok, cause stake is a business after all. 

But, if it’s about the users getting something back, than just make it for verified 2. That’s so simple.

Overall I enjoyed the Christmas time on  stake, but it was better last year. 
So I’ll give it 6/10.

Stake is spreading a lot of lies lately. Players getting stripped of reloads and the worst in my eyes was the telegram message that level 2 verified players will get "up to" 20% on the weekly bonus and what happened, level 2 has 15% and level 3 has 20%.

They think they are smart  by using "up to" phrasing but its a straight up lie using 20% and level 2 in 1 sentence, and they know that. People get tricked into sending their IDs with false advertisement. I saw plenty of people denfeding this "up to" bullshit but I see it as what it is, just another lie from stake.

And both support and my vip manager confirmed that only the previous 30days from the monthly bonus will be counted, not the entire 45. Ha.
