weekly bonus drop drastically

I experience last 2 weeks my weekly bonus drops more than 70% than ussually. With same wager every week. 

Support says thats the correct amount but I think it doesnt make any sense

With my weekly everything is normal, but i wager >100k 

 

Often those issues with the weekly you talking about happens when people dont wager that much and the weekly is highly affected by the base amount

Mine was pretty decent.  Yes, it's like $1/per $1,000 but at least it's something!  It was a nice $33 surprise!!

i wager about > 150k per week and it happens this 2 weeks my weekly drop so low
