I know.. I'm pretty sure all of them are exerting effort to give the  best they can .. you've got the point of not crediting those people behind the scenes.  But these post has no intention to offend or give them bad remarks but to acknowledge some whom despite of multi tasking able to atleast mingle us (players) like some vip host , support , developers,  admin staffs . Its just like how also they choose who are the friendliest chatter among over 8k -10k online.
