It's still "money sink" for people that doesn't want to KYC. Personally i would keep wager requirement even for Lvl 2 KYC'ed, but make it significantly less than for non-verified people.

I think you guys underestimate how much money this casino makes. The people who wager a few thousands for a code are nothing but a drop in the ocean.
