2fa lost

Hey,

I reseted my phone and somehow with that I lost my all data email password and 2fa access.

But like we all remember thing's. I remembered my email password access ofcourse.

But I can't login to smy account coz of 2fa.

I tried to contact support through email. But they still need more information and fucking me in every message. Please somebody help me and remove that 2fa.

I already gave them all proof my ip address username email. And other information needed.

But they want Transaction screenshot from wallet to stake deposit address. "First thing when I said I loss 2fa and then yes I might lost other things aswell" 

But after looking here there I provided thrn screenshot of my bc.game withdraw to stake deposit.

There you can early see { date time ammount full deposit address} still they want more proof 

Eddie if you reading this please me out. I don't have wallet access now. I gave what I had. I beleive those information enough to prove me. The owner. Even vip host isn't things it's secure to help somehow.

I'm stucked that much can't even use my account. Can somebody help me ???

I faced a similar situation where I lost my phone which had my 2FA app. I contacted support and within 48 hours of providing all documents and proofs of previous Stake deposits, I got the 2FA reset and was able to withdraw. So I guess if you provide what they ask, you will be set

Update: i got my wallet access. After week for security purpose. 

And i already provided my proofs. Through mail. Still no update yet 

Last message i got "please wait need assistance/approval fr seineir staff member"

 

Please help me out it's still my account. It's been weeks I'm waiting for recovery guys

wtf is wrong with you? You reset your phone without backing anything up and call them retard scammers?
