Missing Weekly Tickets

After Eddie stream I waited untill new weekly and wagered my $20 bonus to $2.453. But my tickets are missing.

That $2.453 is 2 tickets. But my entries are 0. 2.453 is wagered after new weekly challenge created.

You can inspect my bet-archieve.json file for today if needed.

Same thing happened here and a lot more people. So apparently we bet in the inbetween session where the Giveaway hasn't commenced, so no tickets were counted.

You can contact Live Support for it. I've emailed them about it but, waiting their response

I've always wondered about that...he extends the giveaway so you can see tickets

So I've contacted Support, and they said there is a 1-2 hour window after the Giveaway ends where the next Giveaway is not active. If you make bets in that time then your tickets are lost

They said same thing to me. But I was sure and I wanted further investigation. Also I coded a Python script to check it and I was right.

That's not my issue. I wagered 20.80258527000071 (2591,38 USD) after stated time.

Giveaway will end at GMT: Saturday, 12 February 2022 14:00:00 and it's one week. So it started at GMT: Saturday, 5 February 2022 14:00:00 which is Epoch timestamp: 1644069600.

I potantially lost 2 tickets that worth 10.000 USD. As Eddie says "Only one ticket is all you need". But you stole 2 from me.

Thats why a lot of ppl are asking for a progression bar or something similar.
But like most of the time the answer is "yh good idea, probably soon"

That might be good for everyone.

But in my case this weekly contest is ending at GMT: Saturday, 12 February 2022 14:00:00 and it must be started at GMT: Saturday, 5 February 2022 14:00:00 to be a week. So in that case my every 28586 bet is valid because they are created after start date.

Yeah. They said that I was forwarded to an admin. Still waiting after 3-4 days.

You can click to user icon located at header, then click on VIP and finally click on Giveaway. You can see how many tickets you have.

It's 2 week tomorrow. I didn't receieve any single reply from admins. Even I helped you to further investigate, wrote a python script, proove everything for issue.

Yeah they just swept it under the wrong and literally did nothing about it. Pretty bad.

i dont think you get tickets for bonus code $ until after youve wagered a certain amount per dollar claimed. just as on most sites you cant withdraw a promo code claim until youve reached a certain amount of wager on the said amount

You can get tickets with weekend bonus code from stream. Also you can instantly withdraw your bonus if you have minimum withdraw amount on your account. What you said is kinda irrelevant.

the world owes me nothing either - and what I say is very relevant. I wagered 20k in the first hour of the raffle and their system had a glitch and when everyone brought it to their attention, they said they would look into it and figure out how to correct it. They then said and did nothing about it.

Lol? If they are saying every $1.000 bet equals to 1 ticket, they exactly owe me 2 tickets. KKona
