I've wagered over $1.3 million this month, I'm down HORRENDOUS this week and based on my previous experience, I expected ATLEAST $1300 monthly bonus. I got $700. I've contacted support and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. I'm posting this here because I want to hear from the hireups if the monthly I got was the right amount or if it was a miscalculation. Because if this really was the right amount, I'm deleting my account forever. Thanks.
pascalwl3 Posted February 14, 2022 #2 Posted February 14, 2022 No thats the right amount. Monthly is about 0,5$ /1k wager + base amount. So I see yours was 650$+50$ base amount. It doesn't matter how much you lose. Monthly is purely based on wager. Only weekly bonus is based on wager and loss.

Literally every monthly I've gotten was like that. If I wagered 100k, I got $100 min.

dupeddonk Posted February 14, 2022 #6 Posted February 14, 2022 ~ .5 per $1k is what it has been for me in the past. There seems to be a base amount ,so people wagering around $100k - $200k might get more than .5 per $1k , but for 1.3m $700 seems spot on.
