Bug in game

HERE is bug in crash. Auto play was set to increace base bet by 60% on lose and reset to base on Win... Look what happend. No one can help me from support. They tell me to make video and upload it in youtube... Its not fair! Joke with me... 

And one more thing, i was played more than an one hour on these autobet Settings, and 20 hours Last day.

Well, it looks like you had increase on win and increase on loss set.

Stake are aware of the issues with the autobet & have known about it for over a year.

they just don't want to bother their arse fixing it.

If you run a business and an error gives you an extra source of income.  why would you want to fix it ???

 

One thing, i also noticed about that chat.  That Steven fella, needs to go back to his finishing school and ask for a refund for the manners module.

OP is right. this is happening very often on auto bet on crash ! and this is why i never run auto on crash. it is doing only stupid things like this. i witness more mistake. sometimes it reset when it should not. sometimes it does not reset the bet. this should be big problem for stake but they just dont care.

 

if anybody wants to see it just run auto bet on your mobile. you will witness in 5 minutes.

U did get the win it just didnt register on the list of bets. u have been credited with the win its just that is not showing there. It is a bug, but it didnt take ur money, it just didnt show your win before that lost on that list. I have had the same issue and tested it extensively.
