Speaking in GMT, the challenge used to be paid mid-Tuesday, only recently it loved to Tuesday night, and for the last week and this one as well, it seems, they're paying it mid-Wednesday. I know it takes 48 hours to do the work, and that spans it to mid-Wednesday, but it honestly makes waiting such a hell hole. I honestly think they should come up with a bot that can collect all bet IDs and scan for eligible ones, then Nenad just comes in and check everything manually at this point

I already offered to do the work for less and in half the time, but was ignored. Copy-Pasting into a spreadsheet isn't rocket science. Stake has the resources, but for some reason refuses to give the board the proper resources to function smoothly, even though it would only take 1 extra guy helping out.

It has been more than 48 hours since the challenge ended. I know the Forum challenges don't promise a 48-hour window where things would be paid out, but if Stake keeps on declining their services and customer care like this and all the other things going on with the main site I wouldn't doubt if any other online casinos rise up to grab the title "Best online casino". I can't imagine the Forum system being that everything has to fall to Nenad's posting the challenge payouts or else nothing gets done. If this is their way of trying to get less people to participate in the Forum challenges so that the prize pool can be smaller, I can see a lot of people leaving this thing in the dustiest place in their memories. Forum challenges was a way for Stake to make more money ($ from people failing them > $ Stake has to pay out), but this is a new low, making people wait for their tiny return for the challenges. And it's not like it's hard to do either. The slot challenges, both non and VIP, are already paid out, at this point when I'm typing this, 17 hours ago. Nenad logged off the Forum right after paying those out, and we haven't heard anything from any of the Forum managers about the Stake OG game challenges. Apparently Stake needs to rake in more VIP Hosts for all the Platinum III's they're having and future platinum IV's, which players will reach in a slower pace, and the quote "most active online casino community" can just suck it? Again, more staffers, worse services?
hiawc Posted March 2, 2022 #11 Posted March 2, 2022 To add into the matter, sometimes you have to manually contact support to claim your stake vs eddie or sports/casino lvl up promo because no mails were sent and supports didnt contact you first which is kinda bad in term of customer service imo.

Nenad is offline since 20 fucking hours now. 20!! Does this certified genius and Stake employee of the month really need 20 hours to recuperate from his horrible Excel-Job? This is lazy. And disrespectful of everyone who is waiting on the missing coupons.
