Each time you complain about not getting rain they reduce your chance of catching by 5%.

The requirements to be eligible for rain is $4k wagering in the past 7 days and that you are active in chat (assuming like you've wrote in there once in like the past 5 minutes or something.)

Shouldn't be down about not getting rain as someone else said it's literally just cents here and there. If you get it sure but otherwise you're probably on average spending 1 hour in chat to be maybe get a couple cents overall.

I didnt catch any rain since 13 days..I joined stake in 2020 and that have never happen before..maybe I cant catch 1 or 2 days but 13 days..never. I always wager and im active in chat.

There's absolutely nothing stopping you from receiving rain. You've just been unlucky.

May its not about the cent from bot rain.but its related to your status on the bot rain..is your account very worthless..may be.
so bots don't care about you.or another thing make that situation..

I joined Stake in 2019 & didn't get first rain for over 5 months, which was normal..  Nowadays, I can go a few weeks at a time, which, even though, is a rarity, it's still Normal

So, let's make an exemple here considering that you are KYC lvl 2 and 4k$+ wager on the week. (4k$ is what the support says it's needed)

If that same person that should be elegible is active in the chat and there's a rain (the actual rain-bot) and it show that 8 people got it and that exact individual isn't in the list of 8 persons.

It means that person is unlucky? 

The rain bot always rains for max 10 persons, if there's less than 10 it will divide the rain to less persons.

So.... Why hasn't the individual in question not elegible even though he should be?

I'm in the same situation. That too frustrating. I hope that support can help us at some point. In the meantime I'll keep betting

Yea there's definetly something going on with the rain even though support and mods claim that its just pure luck.Around a month ago i couldnt get any rains for 9 days even though i was active in chat and on site with over $10k wager, i didn't mind it first but I after seeing people getting rains I felt like a I am second tier customer.I honestly don't care about the cents from the rain, if they removed rains completely I'd still play on site and be active in chat because i love Stake and the community but while other customers getting treats and you are excluded from it with no reason made me consider if i would be treated better out there on other casinos, not gonna lie.

For me it just started happening a couple of days ago, but i know of a friend that is/was with the same problem, he gave up on the subject in question since the responses from support are robotic for this topic and if he insisted things could get bad for his account. (Not saying support is bad, there might be a lot of persons complaining about rain every day so it's dificult to filter a real problem from a "fake" one, and it can get annoying)

I my self talked with them showing proof of the possible "error" in the system, at first i had the usual luck response so i took my time to make a deeper explenation of the situation showing another "proof" and he said that he would send it to the tecnical support and in a couple of hours  (if) there was a problem they would contact me.
well you get where that ended up, no contact at all. 
I don't know if it was even sent to the tecnical support  
when that sort of stuff happened on others site i would receive a response in a *couple of days* ( they would say to me that could take some days, not couple of hours) even so i got a response regardless of a problem being found or not. 

Even though i am "not" elegible i still talk on my chat without that, it's fun just reading and having some conversations on it almost everyday.

I can send here the file of the conversation if someone feels like reading it.

also i am long in chat since 4days no rain....
which actually can not be no matter how much bad luck you have if one 10 times 25ten raint at night at 4 o'clock just because he did not believe me that it does not work can not be right ...

I dont understand people that are gold/platinum or higher and waiting for 0.10/0.50/0.70/1.1 …. I understand that rain its gonna be 20/50/100/500 bucks … but not cents 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

We know it is a widespread problem. For my part I continue to place my bets, writing the chat. Very sad to feel as a user I am not worth anything to stake. Hopefully with time they can solve this problem.

If you arent getting rain - Just reach out to support and they'll check your account. There isnt any reason all of you shouldnt be eligible for rain, as long as you have the wager and KYC requirement.
