Log Posted March 13, 2022 #1 Posted March 13, 2022 I gave up attempting to explain myself to support and my host today, so I wanted to come here and show the clearly incorrect weekly bonus amount for everyone to see and show the proof. im a platinum 3 player, with ~$9,000 last week, I received $20 for my weekly boost today, which is approximately $5-$7 short. Yeah I understand this isn’t the end of the world and I’m not losing any sleep over it, HOWEVER, I want this to be seen because these small steps of clear denial of bonuses earned can get out of hand. screenshots below show my weekly bonus on weeks where I only wagered 1 ticket, or roughly $1000. It shows that clearly the base amount of weekly for a platinum 3 player is roughly $15-$16. Then you get $1 per $1000 wagered after base. The screenshots will show that I received roughly $15-$16 on those weeks and $1-$1000(1 ticket), and compare the 1 and 33 ticket weeks, to last weeks 9 tickets. CLEARLY I AM BEING SHORTED @Steve

Just one thing to remember though,if you play during Eddie's stream, your play will go the next week's weekly, but you won't start accumulating tickets til the start of the raffle like 90 minutes later. If a decent chunk of you wager for the week happens during that time your tickets aren't a good indicator of what your weekly bonus should be.

Could they maybe be preparing a special 1.5x bonus monthly ? 🤪 Dont they care about their players ?

Make that the next post please! Stay green! Lol. Those bonuses that weren’t on the day of weekly’s were from either code drops from stake twitter drops or premonthly bonuses. The point of the post was me just getting proof out there that, even though minuscule, this was a clear and proven shorting of a promised weekly bonus. With staff admitting knowledge to the issue, and even having it acknowledged by Eddie on Stream, was promised to be fixed, but behind the scenes from stream me getting no help from support and being told it was “calculated correctly” when it wasn’t. Then the issue not being resolved.
