Hello everyone!

I'm sure we all did some sports once in a lifetime. Professional, hobby or some home training it doesn't even mater, but i would like to share some experience with you, talk about some diet or type of training.

Personally, i'm into gym and would love to see some new programs if you have to share, maybe some pictures of your success, anything at all, not just gym. โœŒ๐Ÿฆพ

Probably I will add my pictures later on this topic. I am starting a new diet and training routine. 100KG to 80 aimed within next 6 months.

If you want to help about my diet and routine I might add my previous training sets ext.

Been trying to get myself to start going to the gym but it's not going well lol.

Hahahah we all had those moments. But once you achieve some results, you'll never go back to those bad habits, it simply becomes part of your life and feels so good. Try it for a 2-3 months, you'll see :)

As a PT this is the best advice I can give people. Don't stick to one system for training and food. Find what works for your body and then push it as far as you want. Also don't starve yourself of the fun stuff if your trainingย

Thanks for your input my dear .ย  Very good advice there's a lot of benefit on doing a simple "jumping rope " . It burns calories fasts than running or biking.ย A 10-minute jump-rope workout at 120 RPMs is roughly equivalent to running an eight-minute mile, according to CalorieLab.

Its also strengthen bone density and improves blood circulation.ย  ๐Ÿ˜Š

Youre most welcome ๐Ÿ˜Š. Actually I've learnt that too from @Menangย when he recommended that courses on my post about fitness.ย  Its kinda rigid training and it really helps esp to those who has no time going to gym for training.ย
