Big Dallas Posted October 30, 2022 #328 Posted October 30, 2022 Reducing your hours of sleep reduces your lifespan. (fact)
Forellenfelix Posted October 31, 2022 #331 Posted October 31, 2022 Im getting an average of 9 hours of sleep a day. If i get less than 7 hours my mind is foggy and i can't concentrate. I would recommend to read "Why we sleep" from Matthew Walker. You can also check his podcasts/interviews on youtube. It is really interesting to learn about sleep since we spend on average 1/3 of our live snoozing
MrTaxiTaxi Posted November 2, 2022 #332 Posted November 2, 2022 Work days like 5-6 hours, weekend 8-10
Siggos Posted November 3, 2022 #333 Posted November 3, 2022 Not enough lol. Generally around 4-5hrs. I worked nightshif for 6 years straight and although i havent been on nightshif for over 2yrs I still find it hard to sleep through the night.
W1ckedWitch Posted November 12, 2022 #340 Posted November 12, 2022 Everyday Im sleeping around 4-5 hours
ChiefLee Posted November 12, 2022 #345 Posted November 12, 2022 I literally slept for 12-14 hours straight last week (one day I think was over 16 hours) and I think I lost 10 pounds doing so. This is a hardcore way to lose some weight and get yourself slimmed up before hitting the gym and shaves off those pounds holding you back. However, I would say the normal amount is around 7 to 8.
OutaControl1 Posted November 12, 2022 #346 Posted November 12, 2022 I get about 7 to 8 hours a night.
